About Me

Dr Shahril Nizam graduated with a Diploma in Property Valuation in 1995 and a Bachelor of Survey (Hons.) in Property Management in 2000 from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He then furthered his Masters Studies in International Finance in 2005 before completing his Doctorate (Business Administration) in International Marketing in 2010. Dr Shahril is a Registered Syariah Financial Planner and member of the Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC). He entered the industry in 1995 as a Valuation Executive with Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd handling corporate and securities commission valuation exercises. He was then promoted to manager of Khong & Jaafar (Real Estate) Sdn Bhd in 2000 thereafter joined Vigers (PJ) Sdn Bhd (presently known as the VPC Alliance (PJ) Sdn Bhd) as a Manager in Valuation Department until 2002. Dr Shahril ventured into corporate industry with an established financial institution as Head of Marketing Agency until 2012 before coming back to the property industry as a Manager in Kumpulan Jurunilai Sdn Bhd (Klang Branch). Presently he is the Marketing Director in Nilai Harta Consultant Sdn Bhd Shah Alam branch and Head of the Estate Agency of both Kuala Lumpur and Shah Alam branches.
